The following purchase terms and conditions apply from 2023-11-16

The purchase terms and conditions, together with your order, which is confirmed by an order confirmation when you shop through the online store, constitute the contractual basis for the purchase.

To be able to shop at beautyofindia.se you must be 18 years of age or older.

1. Order

When we receive your order through the online store, we confirm the order and automatically send you an order confirmation to the email address you have provided. Please read the order confirmation carefully when you receive it, and check that the order confirmation matches the order.

We also offer the option to order by phone, email, letter or directly over the counter when we are in different markets. Read more below about all the possible ways to place an order.

Email
Write an email to anette@beautyofindia.se stating which items you wish to order, as well as your name, social security number, address and telephone number. The online store
Click around among our products, order directly by adding the goods to the shopping cart and choose a payment method at checkout. Leave your name, social security number, mobile number and address, zip code and postal address.

Phone
Call and place an order or send your order via text message, then specify which goods you wish to order, don't forget to state your name, social security number, address and mobile number. Then deposit the total amount incl. shipping fee into our bank transfer. When we see that the payment has been received, we will send your goods. We reserve the right to make corrections, price changes and final sales that may occur despite continuous updates.

2. Allergy

If you are sensitive to strong scents, please let us know when ordering. This is because we often send a soap or incense in the package and the items often smell from all the incense and soaps that we sell. However, we can wash your items for you before delivery if you wish.

3. Shipping cost

  • Within Sweden 49 SEK.
  • Rest of the Nordic countries 250g 49 SEK, 500 gr 80 SEK, 1-2kg 145 SEK (normally shipping for 2 kg costs 223 SEK (reservations for postal price changes.)
    • Rest of the world 250g 55 SEK, 500 gr 90 SEK, 1kg 177 SEK, 2kg 268 SEK
    • (reservations for postage price changes.)

4. Payment

When paying via the online store, you can choose from the payment methods we offer during the purchase process. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, your card details are encrypted.

We also offer the following payment options.

  • Advance payment to bank giro 5584-2702 . The goods will be shipped as soon as possible.

  • Klarna Klarna's own fees apply (Personal identification number required)
    • Shop now - pay after delivery! When you pay via Klarna invoice, you shop safely and easily. You never have to give out your card details, and you always pay after you receive your goods.

    • Payment period - always 14 days

    • Always 14 days right of withdrawal in accordance with the Distance and Door-to-Door Sales Act*

    • Possibility of partial payment
    • A notice fee of SEK 5 per purchase will be added. If payment is not made, a reminder fee of SEK 50.00 and late payment interest of 26.00% will be added. At the time of purchase, a credit check will be made, which in some cases means that a credit report will be taken. You will then receive a copy of the credit report by mail.
    • Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable legislation. Klarna processes personal data for the purpose of performing customer analysis, identification, credit checks and marketing. 5. Delivery

  • Delivery takes place via Posten and is collected at the nearest delivery point.
  • Delivery time is normally within 5 working days. If something is temporarily out of stock, the item will be listed as backordered and shipped free of charge when we have it back in stock. If the item is not in stock, you will be contacted regarding a possible replacement item or refund.

6. Right of withdrawal and open purchase

  • You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • You will then pay the return shipping yourself and the item must be in completely unchanged condition.
  • Let us know what action you want, i.e. if you want a credit receipt, another item or your money back. The cash on delivery fee is not refundable.

  • Open purchase at the markets only applies to the days we remain at the market/town. The item cannot be returned or exchanged after the market has ended and we have left the town.
  • When we are in Stockholm and selling, it is possible to exchange or buy back in the store in Årsta.

7. Complaints

  • After you have received the goods, we recommend that you investigate as soon as possible whether the delivery corresponds to the order confirmation, whether the goods have been damaged during transport or whether the products otherwise have errors or deficiencies.
  • If your item is damaged or faulty, a written complaint must be made via email. Please also send pictures of the damage, via email, mobile phone or regular mail within 10 days of receiving the item. Describe the fault carefully and whether you want a new, similar item, a different item, a credit note or money back.

8. Personal data

When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. In this case, please contact us via email hej@beautyofindia.se.
